Date/Time:	June 11, 2013 The Shenandoah Club Buffet line opens at 12:00 noon; meeting begins at 12:15 p.m.
Program:	2013 Annual Meeting Please join us for the 88th Annual Meeting of the Roanoke Bar Association.
Election of Directors:	Officers and Directors will be elected by the active membership.  For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Richard C. Maxwell.  For director positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees:       Heather P. Ferguson       Linda L. Gustad       Powell M. Leitch, III       J. Lee E. Osborne       Richard D. Scott
Bylaws Amendments:	The active membership will also consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association.
Awards:	The 2012 Volunteer Service Awards and the 2013 James N. Kincanon and Jane S. Glenn Scholarships will be presented.
Board Meeting:	10:30 a.m.  Executive Committee Meeting 10:45 a.m.  Board Meeting

Meeting Reservations - 

Policy:	Reservations are required.
Cost:	$20.00; make check payable to: Roanoke Bar Association
Payment:	Payments will be collected at the door
Parking:	Parking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only.  Parking is available at the Franklin Road All Right parking lot adjacent to the Club.  The Shenandoah Club will validate one hour of parking on any attended lot.

Deadline:	All reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 . After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellation penalty. All other cancellations after the deadline will be billed $20.00.
